Our Approach

We aim to continually improve our operating performance by conserving resources; reducing our carbon emissions and waste; prioritizing renewable energy when cost comparable; and reusing, repurposing and recycling to protect our shared environment. 

Our new commitments include:

Additionally, we are supporting a growing culture of environmental stewardship among our employees. The expansion of our sustainability-focused Employee Community Groups (“ECGs”) is a heartening testament to the dedication and enthusiasm of our employees in championing waste and carbon reduction efforts across our brands. Their active participation is accelerating our Company-wide progress toward a more sustainable future.

Our Sustainable Business Travel Guidelines are a fundamental component of our Company-wide carbon emission reduction strategy. 
Submit science-based targets to the Science Based Target Initiative 
In 2022, we became a signatory of the Science Based Target Initiative. We are on track to establish our science-based GHG reduction targets.
