- ASGN is in the process of aligning with ISO 30415 to enhance our approach to gender equality and inclusivity and allow us to more effectively assess, manage, and improve business operations.
- In 2023, we launched a Company-wide mentorship program, ASGN Engage & Empower, where everyone has the opportunity to grow, learn, and contribute.
- We also launched a Company-wide Culture & Inclusion Council, aligning goals across divisions to collaborate and strategize together.
In alignment with the United Nations Global Compact’s Sustainable Development Goals ("SDGs"), we are dedicated to Gender Equality (SDG 5) and Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10). We remain focused on delivering measurable improvements in equitable policies and procedures across all our brands to empower our employees, drive value for our clients and stockholders, and promote a culture of openness and respect.
We are actively working on Company-wide culture and inclusion initiatives, from increasing diversity amongst senior executives to adopting a Supplier Diversity Policy. We also support the development of Employee Resource Groups (“ERGs”) across all our brands, fostering a more inclusive workplace for our diverse employees.
