
At ASGN, social sustainability is driven by the belief that empowered employees create enduring impact. In 2024, we strengthened our culture of caring through strategic collaborations, digital innovation, and a sharpened focus on measurable outcomes.
- Structural Innovation: Established a new Social Responsibility Council to improve goals alignment and enhance quarterly impact tracking
- Employee-Led Impact: Expanded Employee Community Group partnerships thereby broadening the ways our employees can make a difference
- Tech-Enabled Giving: Launched new digital tools to streamline volunteer efforts and simplify monetary donations
In 2024, we strengthened our Company-wide culture of caring. Our teams made thoughtful decisions about which causes to focus on and which nonprofits to support – quality over quantity was our mission. Together, we collectively raised over $349,000, volunteered more than 2,700 hours, and supported 483 nonprofit organizations.
