Responsible Business
We began a Company-wide risk assessment and established an Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) Program. In 2024, we approved our science-based emission reduction targets with the SBTi. (see Environmental Impact page.)
Cybersecurity
We are committed to integrating cutting-edge technologies, while prioritizing safety, by leveraging a security-first mindset.
Reporting Frameworks
We report to the following frameworks: CDP; GRI; S&P CSA; TCFD; UNGC COP; and the UN SDGs. Our reporting is informed by major ESG standards such as IFRS, ISSB, MSCI, and SASB.

Featured Initiatives
Activating an Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) Program
In 2023 ASGN began an ongoing assessment of risks across the Company and is in the process of implementing an ERM program.
Piloting a Sustainable Supply Chain Program
As a next step to creating our Supplier Code of Conduct and Sustainable Procurement Policies, we are piloting a Sustainable Supply Chain Program.
Established an Enterprise Security Council
We established an Enterprise Security Council to unite cybersecurity professionals across brands and enhance our cybersecurity.
